As the world comes out of hibernation,
How do we adjust to a world that looks almost the same
But feels completely different

How do you stay grounded, motivated, inspired, when the darkness feels so heavy?

What brings you joy? peace? love?
How do you have fun?
What do you enjoy? With whom?

What areas do you feel are working? Why?
What areas aren’t? Why?
What are some small steps you can take to align the two and bring more love, joy and fun?

What things can you schedule or plan to look forward to the days ahead?
What classes can you take to build skills towards the life you’d really like to live?
What hobbies could you start to meet new people and build community in your life?

What is stopping you from doing the things that will move your life ahead?
What actions can you build into your life to squeeze out the things blocking you, or prove to them they aren’t true?
What is the next small step you will take right now towards the life you want?
